Job Role:

As an Advice Support Officer, you will play a key role in helping members navigate their financial futures. You will ensure they receive the right advice at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and triaging member advice requests through our Service Excellence Centre
  • Determining appropriate advice types and service packages tailored to individual member needs
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing comprehensive client files using our XPLAN system
  • Coordinating implementation of agreed advice strategies, including applications and follow-up
  • Supporting our financial planning team with CRM administration and training
  • Contributing to member seminars and workplace presentations
About You:
  • You're an organised professional with experience in administrative or associate roles, ideally within financial services
  • You understand the personal financial planning process and can communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment (financial planning experience highly valued)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience with financial planning software (XPLAN knowledge particularly beneficial)
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
