Key Responsibilities
  • Determine suitable advice pathways and coordinate the entire advice journey from initial inquiry through to implementation.
  • Receiving and triaging member advice requests, determining appropriate advice types, and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing comprehensive client files and coordinating implementation of agreed advice strategies.
  • Supporting the financial planning team with CRM administration and training.
  • Contributing to seminars and presentations on financial guidance.
About You

We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines consistently. Previous experience with financial planning software is highly valued.

Essential Qualifications
  • Completed or currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
  • Kaplan Generic Knowledge + Tier 1 Superannuation — General Advice (or similar from another provider).
  • Diploma of Financial Planning or Superannuation (CPD Maintained).
