We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic coach to join our team.
As a leisure centre coach, you will be responsible for leading various sports programs and ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Develop and implement engaging coaching plans that cater to diverse age groups and abilities.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for participants and spectators alike.
- Provide expert guidance and feedback to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
- Assist with promotions, marketing, and events as required.
- Degree in Sports Science or related field.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR/AED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
