Job Description

The Test Lead will work on a Tech and Data Uplift project for People and Culture, leading the technical direction and quality assurance of test activities across the project.

They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and reporting on testing for projects and initiatives, providing quality assurance over releases to production, and engaging with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM/HR platform and extensive test leadership and strong technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate testing for projects and initiatives
  • Deliver and report on testing results
  • Provide quality assurance over releases to production
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience is required.

Excellent verbal communication, written communication, problem solving and analytical skills are essential.

Significant experience and expertise in functional and technical testing, including experience developing testing estimates, strategies, plans and methodologies, are also required.

Demonstrable experience managing multiple priorities and tasks, as well as conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables, is necessary.

  • Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor team members in good testing practices
  • Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, technical specialists and management
Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience in Cloud Technology, BDD, CI/CD, Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing is desirable.

Experience implementing a quality, client-focused service delivery culture in a large-sized corporate environment is also desirable.
