Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor technicians in their day-to-day roles, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate and monitor safety culture in the branch, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate with the office to ensure equipment availability and customer processes are complete.
  • Train and guide technicians on service procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Monitor and record parts usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
Requirements
  • A trade qualification in mechanical, hydraulics, or fitter is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service demand is required.
  • The ability to solve problems and communicate effectively is crucial.
  • A current driver's license and forklift, EWP, or OHS cards/licenses are advantageous but not essential.
