Lead Social Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Social Worker, providing evidence-based senior social work services to consumers and carers.
The successful candidate will have senior clinical experience and leadership in a specialized area of practice within a healthcare setting, with the ability to undertake professional supervision and/or mentor junior staff.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can contribute to the evaluation of the social work service and clinical specialty.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing senior social work assessment, intervention, and evaluation for complex cases, ensuring prioritization and delegation of duties for your caseload and supervised caregivers.
You will also contribute to maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and clinical information systems, while demonstrating reflective practice and commitment to professional development.
To be successful in this position, you will require tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work and eligible for Mental Health credentialing.
