Chief Social Care Officer

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of Social Work services, driving service delivery, career progression, and professional growth for early and mid-career clinicians.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, provide operational oversight, and drive service development, change management, and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading team leaders in delivering compassionate care, managing performance issues, and contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Social Work, eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and advanced casework skills with a strong knowledge of evidence-based models of care.
