We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as an Events Operations Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating event operations and managing logistics to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Sponsorship and Events team in planning and executing events.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Developing innovative ideas to enhance client engagement.
  • Supporting brand campaigns and firm events according to best practices.
  • Guaranteeing the delivery of sponsorship and event logistics.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A tertiary education in events management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, focusing on operational duties and event planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience and ability to work seamlessly within a team.
