Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor for our customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region.

In this pivotal role, you’ll blend deep technical expertise with strategic relationship management, directly impacting the adoption and long-term success of Immuta’s cutting-edge data security and governance platform within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with APJ Sales teams and Field CTO's to define comprehensive customer success plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support, to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on data security and governance best practices to ensure customer success.
