Job Opportunity: Schedule Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent Scheduler to join our team in the West. This is a permanent, full-time role with a rotating roster, working Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling of home care support services across the West region effectively.
  • Assist in arranging client visits to staff with the right skills in the appropriate areas, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks.
  • Handle calls related to care recipient or external provider inquiries and respond promptly.
  • Collaborate with the roster coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role including navigation of multiple platforms.
  • Solid administration experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A team player.
  • Up-to-date flu vaccinations.
  • Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Current police check (valid within the last 3 years) or willing to obtain.
