The Welding Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians, managing performance, and supervising daily production floor activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to achieve optimal results.
  • Overseeing daily production schedules and workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Providing technical support to the welding team to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborating with management and engineering teams to optimize fit-up and welding processes.

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in GTAW, FCAW, or GMAW welding, or 8+ years in metal fabrication is required. At least 2 years of leadership experience is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment maintenance.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS D17.1.
