Operations Manager

UGL is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in relation to a Brownfield Construction Project in the Northern Territory.
The role will commence in November 2024, with an estimated 6-month duration. As Operations Manager, you will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans, and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
About You- Darwin local or willing to relocate
- Excellent safety awareness and values
- 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably Oil & Gas experience)
- Self-starter, capable of working independently or within a team environment collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Knowledge of industry-specific materials, equipment, and safety regulations
