Timber Window & Door Fabricator

Windoor Joinery is a market leading company in bespoke timber window and door joinery based in Sydney, NSW. With over 40 years' industry experience, Windoor Joinery specialises in the crafting of custom window and door systems to suit the needs of architects, builders, and home owners.

We are currently looking for new assembly workers to join our team. This position is permanent full-time and will be based out of our factory in St. Marys, NSW.

About the role:

You will be required to carry out work to a high standard and meet set deadlines. Reporting to our Factory Manager, you will be required to work both individually and as part of a team at various stages of the manufacturing process from sash and door assembly to final frame and hardware fitting.

Skills and experience:

  • Eye for detail
  • Experience in the use of solid timber
  • Experience operating basic tools and machinery (table saw, thicknesser, etc.)
  • Previous experience in timber window and doors will be highly regarded
  • Ability to interpret and work to detailed drawings
  • Proven ability to work independently without direction
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
