Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to design and implement innovative MCH services and programs.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to enhance holistic family care.

Requirements
  • Current national registration as a Division 1 nurse and midwife, along with relevant Maternal and Child Health qualifications.
  • Proven leadership experience in MCH or community health settings, demonstrating expertise in operational and clinical decision-making.
  • In-depth understanding of child development, family-centred practice, and child safety frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a dedicated team.
  • A current Victorian driver's licence and working with children check are also required.
