Renal Dialysis Leadership Role

This leadership role is ideal for experienced or inspiring leaders who want to make a difference in patient care.
As a Lead Renal Dialysis Nurse Manager, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in delivering person-centered clinical care and managing individual cases. You will collaborate with the team to enhance patient outcomes and implement practice changes that drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the NUM and fellow ANUMs to ensure seamless haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and home patient care delivery and patient training.
- Assist in implementing practice changes that enhance patient outcomes.
- Work alongside the NUM on performance evaluations, recruitment, staffing, and financial planning.
- Registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in a fast-paced environment.
