Receptionist/Intake Coordinator Role

We are seeking a full-time receptionist/intake coordinator to work across multiple areas of our organisation.

This role requires regular commuting between office locations, including Aspley and Springwood. We are looking for applicants with ongoing full-time availability and the ability to commute between these locations.

As the first point of contact for new clients accessing support services, you will be responsible for providing clinical intake and reception support.

  • Respond to referrals and enquiries from external agencies and stakeholders
  • Manage clinical intake calls between clients and referring stakeholders
  • Complete administration tasks, including sending confidential reports and communication
  • Support clients and referrers by creating a welcoming environment
  • Office administration duties, including calendar management and invoicing
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
