Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a clinical support assistant.

As a clinical support assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our dentists. You will assist with scheduling appointments, managing bookkeeping, patient billing and banking, and taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.

You will also provide chair-side clinical support, including 4-handed dentistry, and reprocess and sterilize instruments. Additionally, you will take minutes of meetings.

  • A passion for providing great service
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Sound computer literacy - including accounting software and dental practice management software
  • A reliable vehicle to get yourself to and from work
  • Empathy towards patients
  • Well organised and proactive problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Benefits:

This is a casual role with a variable schedule. You will work day shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or nights involved.
