Commercial Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Specialist to join our team in South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will provide commercial and contract administration support across projects delivered under the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Support & Risk Management: Provide hands-on support across contract administration, entitlements, claims, and disputes.
  • Contract Drafting & Compliance: Assist in reviewing and drafting contract terms, variations, extensions, and notices.
  • Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement: Work closely with procurement and subcontract teams to establish agreements.
  • Contract Operations & Documentation: Maintain contract registers, portals, and correspondence.
  • Financial & Performance Insight: Interpret financial and KPI models to support commercial decision-making.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or contract administration roles, ideally in infrastructure or services sectors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex contract terms into clear guidance.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with an agile and collaborative approach.
