Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team and oversee the daily operations of one of our established services in Sydney. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and vibrant space for children, families, and educators.

  • Lead and support your team in delivering high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of children and families
  • Oversee daily centre operations including staffing, compliance, administration, and budgeting
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the local community
  • Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Work Health & Safety standards
  • Uphold and implement the service's philosophy, values, and policies
  • Foster a warm, respectful and inclusive centre culture

What You'll Bring
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (as per regulations)
  • Current First Aid, Child Protection, and Food Safety qualifications
  • Valid Working With Children Check
