We are seeking an experienced Early Learning Centre Manager to lead our centre in Liverpool.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires someone with business acumen and experience in managing early learning centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals who deliver quality early childhood education.
  • Maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to drive centre performance.
  • Evaluate programs and services, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop processes and systems within the centre, adhering to professional codes of conduct and best practices.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, enrolments, and resource management to ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
  • Support the professional development and mentoring of team members.
About You
  • You will be a passionate advocate for early childhood education and care, holding relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • You will have extensive experience in leading and managing early learning centres, with a proven track record of success.
  • You will hold relevant certifications, including Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid & CPR.
  • You will have a valid Employee Working with Children Check.
