Media Partnerships Director

At dentsu, we're seeking a seasoned Media Partnerships Director to join our Agyle team in Melbourne. As a key member of our central team, you'll connect with all our media brands and drive the development and operational delivery of Agyle, our principal trading business model.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners across all brands
- Assess team performance and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance media client operations
- Lead performance reporting and governance to support performance goals
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal and external partners
- Drive financial control across Media Client Operations
- Manage the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports
- Strong network of Publisher relationships with excellent understanding of media products
- Working understanding of media tools and how they are utilised in an agency environment
- Sales and partnerships background – strong negotiation skillset
- Commercially minded with excellent financial acumen and demonstrated success in building commercial arrangements with external partners
- Expert networking skills to generate new business leads as well as internally in matrix management
- Media experience - able to understand industry trends, client's current expectations and future direction
- Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive
