Media Partnerships Director

The Media Partnerships Director will play a key role in driving the development and operational delivery of Agyle, dentsu's principal trading business model. This involves making risk-based investments with media, technology, and content partners to deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with key partners across all brands and engage in strategic discussions to drive business growth.
- Assess the role of the team in serving client needs and develop measures to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Lead performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities.
- Implement a continuous improvement culture to achieve improved media client operations in coordination with Media and Performance Operations leadership.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal and external partners.
- Drive financial control across Media Client Operations and manage the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports.
- Strong network of Publisher relationships with excellent understanding of media products.
- Working understanding of media tools and how they are utilised in an agency environment.
- Sales and partnerships background with strong negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent financial acumen and demonstrated success in building commercial arrangements with external partners.
- Expert networking skills to generate new business leads and engage with client teams internally.
- Media experience with ability to understand industry trends, client's current expectations, and future direction.
