In the healthcare sector, ensuring patient and staff safety is paramount. As a Fire Safety Risk Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding lives and preventing potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fire safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans, procedures, and training programs for staff and contractors
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate fire safety into building design and operations

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites within the district, applying your expertise to ensure the highest level of fire safety and risk management.

Requirements:
  • National Driver's Licence
  • TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and FSM - Fire Safety Manager (NSW Healthcare Facilities)
  • Significant experience in fire compliance and safety management of large portfolios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining fire safety systems
