Achieving Successful Outcomes

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor at WorkFocus Australia, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Designing and implementing interventions to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  1. An Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology/Provisional Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC).
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  3. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing demands and priorities.
