Job Title: Grounds Person Lead

This role involves leading a team of grounds staff to ensure the maintenance and preparation of all turf surfaces at a premier elite training and playing facility in Western Sydney.

The facility has 54 hectares of land incorporating various sporting facilities including Blacktown Football Park, Athletics, Cricket/AFL Precinct, Baseball, Softball, and Blacktown Exercise Sport and Technology HUB (BEST).

  • Provide leadership to an experienced and passionate grounds team
  • Assist in delivering year-round maintenance, preparation, and renovation of all turf surfaces
  • Maintain high-standard sporting field preparation and other areas including common reserves and landscaping
  • Ensure surfaces of the highest quality are provided to users
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead an experienced and passionate grounds team

Requirements:
