Job Title

A seasoned IT leader is required to oversee the delivery, development and support of key operating systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to five members and oversee a portfolio of systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver technology solutions ensuring seamless system operations, managing vendor relationships and providing proactive technical leadership to support business objectives.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise solutions to enhance operational efficiency in a timely manner.
  • Support security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality, integration and efficiency.
  • Lead the delivery of technology projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
