Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of young children and leading a team of Educators in a supportive culture.

About the Role

You will be responsible for taking charge of your own room, delivering exceptional educational programs and collaborating with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to ensure consistency and quality across the centre
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
