About the RoleAs a Retail Leader, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front-of-store operations. Your responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
You will take pride in maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for both team members and customers.
