We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to oversee all construction activities for our projects. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale developments on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall direction and management for all construction projects">
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with company objectives">
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality specifications">
  • Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and construction teams">
  • Manage relationships with government authorities, consultants, and suppliers">
  • Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting">
  • Negotiate and administer major contracts and subcontracts">
  • Establish and enforce construction methodologies, safety protocols, and QA/QC programs">
  • Drive innovation in construction techniques and sustainable building practices">
  • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)">
  • 10+ years in construction management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role">
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPPM, MBA, RPEQ)">
  • Expert knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations
