As a Community Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong employer networks through regular communication and relationship-building;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing tailored support to help them achieve employment outcomes;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless connections between clients, employers, and community services;
