The role of a Speech Pathologist involves taking the next step into team management by sharing expertise, mentoring emerging professionals, and contributing to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
This position requires exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and foster the development of team members.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly
- Providing essential Speech Pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
- Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to set personalized treatment goals
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Building a supportive environment to achieve high clinical standards
- Assisting clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management
- Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation for compliance

A successful candidate will have:
- Current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
