As a skilled Fiberglass Boat Fabricator, you will play a vital role in our growing boat building team.

We are seeking experienced and inexperienced individuals who possess basic trade knowledge to join us as fiberglass assembly/boat builders. With sales at an unprecedented high, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business.

While experience is preferred, we also consider applicants who can demonstrate proficiency in trade qualifications or have completed on-the-job training programs. Our comprehensive training program provides guidance from senior staff, ensuring your skills are honed in no time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hull, deck and cabin joining
  • Underfloor and above floor construction
  • Laminating, sanding, flowcoating and installation of fiberglass components and superstructure
  • Marking and cutting woven and core materials following templates, guides or specific dimensions

Requirements:

  • Hold trade qualifications in boat building or have demonstrated proficiency in fiberglass assembly/boat building
  • Ability to work with basic shop tools and equipment used in the assembly of fiberglass boats
  • Flexibility to move within fit-out areas and multitask
  • Strong eye for detail, accuracy and quality
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Problem solving, independent work and self-management skills
