Job Description

As a senior creative leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in leveraging AI technologies will be pivotal in driving productivity, operational efficiency, and high-quality creative output.

This dynamic role requires you to uphold the brand's visual identity and storytelling across all platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion the integration of AI tools into creative processes, unlocking new capabilities and efficiencies.

In addition to managing the creative services studio, you will oversee the development of creative assets across formats (digital, print, social, VM). You will monitor project flow, quality control, and delivery, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for all creative briefs, managing resource allocation and timelines, introducing and maintaining AI tools to streamline content creation, asset management, and design iterations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Familiarity with or active use of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway)
  • Strong understanding of brand and how art direction, design, and conceptual thinking work together to tell a story
  • Ability to manage a balance between creative vision and commercial realities
  • 3-5+ years experience in a similar role (preferably within Fashion or Retail)
