The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at The Creative Store Australia. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for leading the creative department and shaping campaigns that drive results.
About the Role
- Lead and inspire a creative team including art directors and external partners.
- Collaborate across accounts, media, and digital to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
- Bring strong ideation skills, shaping innovative and effective creative outputs.
- Mentor and develop younger team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Contribute to business development by leveraging networks or proactively generating opportunities.
- Take ownership of the role, influencing both creative direction and agency growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and team management.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Business development mindset – well-connected or able to hustle.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Able to thrive in a flexible, collaborative culture without needing micromanagement.
