We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged Care Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals in our care.
As an Aged Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Ongoing rostered shifts throughout the week, including weekends
- Permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5% leave loading on paid annual leave
- Casual shifts with a casual loading of 25%
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
- Demonstrated experience in caring for elderly individuals, either in a residential or community setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
