Job Opportunity

Marsupial Landscape Management is a leader in commercial landscape management with over 37 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across multiple states.

We are seeking a Team Leader Horticultural Maintenance to join our team, covering the Northern Beaches area based out of Cromer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Ground Persons, client liaison, and project management.

The successful candidate will have prior experience leading a highly engaged team, excellent communication skills, and a valid white card. You will also be required to perform various landscape management duties, including pest and disease identification, hedging and weeding, and machinery operation, care, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for horticulture and the ability to make a lasting impact in their role.
