About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Horticulture team in Sydney. As a key leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of contract delivery are maintained whilst delivering against agreed contractual commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing contract deliverables on time and within budget
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Coordinating resources for optimal performance
  • Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across contract lifecycles
  • Leading, mentoring, and collaborating with operational staff

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • At least five years' experience leading high performing teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of horticulture
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Commercial acumen, financial expertise, and proficiency with IT
