Early Learning Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Educator to join our progressive team on a casual basis. As an experienced Educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment and quality programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aiding room leaders in ensuring children's safety
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the children through Play Based Learning
  • Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
  • Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment always

What We Are Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including being approachable and having a positive attitude
  • Reliable and adaptable team player, willing to work across the whole centre
