Job Title:

Per Diem Anaesthesia Specialist

As a Per Diem Anaesthesia Specialist, you will provide high-quality anaesthetic and acute pain services for a variety of surgical procedures. Your sound clinical knowledge in Anaesthesia and acute management will be essential in ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer safe and effective anaesthetics for patients undergoing surgery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in Anaesthesia and acute management through continuous professional development
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists or equivalent
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
