**Clinical Support / Customer Service**

**with a company focused on Veterinary Anaesthesia & Monitoring equipment**

This role provides clinical & technical support, trouble-shooting advice and response to sales and service enquiries for our customers in Veterinary Hospitals. This role interfaces with the admin, service, manufacturing & warehouse teams at the Gladesville offices & factory.

Our anaesthesia equipment company is a global leader in the design, manufacture and service of innovative devices for veterinary anaesthesia, hypothermia prevention and monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- 3 days min. up to 5 days per week
- Qualified Veterinary Nurse with experience in anaesthesia
- Previous administrative &/or customer support experience preferred
- Excellent Communication & Organisation skills
- Good listening & problem-solving skills
- Intermediate experience in Excel, Word & Access (database)
- Availability to Represent company on trade stands at conferences & events
- Assist with education & training programs for AAS staff, vet nurses & vets
- Ability to work as a team member

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Veterinary nurse: 1 year (required)
