At Warrikal, we are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Leader to spearhead our maintenance and operational activities. In this pivotal role, you will champion safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution cycle.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across complex maintenance and operational activities.

  • Drive operational discipline through adherence to maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution cycles
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices
  • Manage and monitor daily work progress, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting and other relevant requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
  • Australian working rights & Construction White Card
  • Relevant trade certification
  • Valid tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space
  • Section 26 Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) - advantageous
  • Frontline Management & Cert IV in WHS - desirable
  • Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, incident investigation & safe work procedures
