We are seeking experienced support workers to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes and community.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering tailored day-to-day support, including social assistance, meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care, depending on individual needs.
- Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- HACC qualification (desirable)
- At least 3 months experience in a community care setting
- Valid National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
