As a Community Care Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides essential assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, short-term impairments, or chronic health conditions. Our goal is to enable them to maintain their independence and connection to their community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centred services including personal care, home assistance, transportation, house cleaning, and supporting clients to access and participate in their community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and committed to providing high-quality care that prioritises the needs and preferences of each individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing home assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, short-term impairments, or chronic health conditions
  • Assisting with personal care, home assistance, transportation, and other health and wellness-related activities
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence and connection to their community
About You

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • Compassionate and empathetic with a strong willingness to engage in social activities and one-on-one activities in the community
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adhere to our values, policies, and procedures
  • Flexible and able to work varied hours between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
