Casual Sales Role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our team and provide exceptional customer service experiences.

  • Key responsibilities include providing professional and personalized services for customers to find their ideal jewelry pieces.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through outstanding selling skills.
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
