Workplace Concierge

Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Workplace Concierge. This part-time role is based in our Canberra CBD office and requires a strong ability to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrival Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, fostering a positive and helpful attitude across all Workplace Services touch points.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events.
  • Maintenance and Support: Assist in maintaining the workplace to provide a comfortable and functional environment for all employees.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, with a focus on customer-centric events and a luxury or hospitality background.
  • Customer-Centric Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, with a spirit of autonomy, independence, and initiative.
  • Communication and Organisation: Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
  • Workload Management: Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding that priorities may change.
  • Discernment: Experienced in recognising when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.
