Workplace Concierge

At Colliers, we're committed to creating exceptional workplace experiences that inspire our clients and their employees. As a Workplace Concierge, you'll play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service and fostering a sense of community and connection within our client's Canberra office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrival Experience: Create memorable interactions for visitors and occupants, driven by our client's brand and culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold high standards for workplace experiences, promoting a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all touch points.
  • Client Floor Administration: Efficiently administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, with a focus on customer-centric events.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, working with autonomy, independence, and initiative.
  • Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding that priorities may change.
  • Experienced discernment to recognise when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.
Additional Information

This is a part-time office-based role in Canberra CBD, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster. We're happy to discuss the working schedule to balance your lifestyle with our service deliverables and workplace outcomes.
