Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Grid Stability Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineering work packages and leading multidisciplinary teams on international projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent project management skills, and experience working with high voltage transmission equipment and auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between design, test, and manufacture functions to produce robust and reliable electrical designs and engineering packages.
  • Prepare offers and manage project delivery of primary and auxiliary electrical systems regarding schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Manage the offer/order processing team and coordinate with project management, project leads, and experts from various fields.
  • Plan, monitor, and control offer/order processing, including technical conception, scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, costing, and quality control.
  • Report and implement process and design reviews, and ensure successful order completion.
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field with a standard duration of > 5 years.
  • Post-graduate professional experience and project management expertise.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in high voltage transmission equipment and auxiliary systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and PM tools.
  • Fluent communication in English and intercultural experience is ideal.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) is a must.
