About Our Administrator Role

This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of learning and training programs in a full-time, ongoing capacity.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven skills in drafting documents, correspondence, and reports. They will demonstrate sound skills in MS Office, database management, and ideally have some exposure to financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating all administrative requirements including support to meetings, agenda preparation, venue, and catering
  • Providing administrative support for the preparation of high-quality documentation, data, and training material
  • Providing administrative support to database and systems management
  • Contributing to the coordination of training instructor and training course scheduling
  • Managing communication and correspondence to support the team
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
