About Us

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team and support our Flooding & Stormwater projects in an innovative engineering consultancy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects, including preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
  • Collecting and analysing data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Conducting technical research to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identifying and solving engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

About You

  • You will be a recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Australia work rights are required to live and work full-time.
  • Previous experience, ideally in consulting, is highly desired.
  • Teamwork skills, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly desired.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally is essential.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A strong rapport-building ability and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment are required.
