Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Store Supervisor to enhance our team.

This role is part-time , requiring 24 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday.

Lead by example, creating memorable and genuine connections with customers. Assist in training and developing your team to achieve store objectives and performance indicators. Manage substantial stock levels; actively participate in processing deliveries. Exhibit strong communication skills and effectively delegate tasks. Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to multitask during quieter periods. Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
